- San Pedro Point
Description: San Pedro side-notched projectile point, made from an orangish-pink mottled fossil sponge. The point has an overall red patina but has been reflaked in a few places through the patina, especially on one notch and along the edge of one side. Dimensions: 4.2 x 2.1 x .06 cm. Description: A Type 3 Pinto Point made from a mottled pink and red fossil sponge. Description: Fine-grained basalt Pinto Basin point made on an edge-retouched flake. The point has a slightly contracting stem, a basal notch, and random flaking pattern.
