Deborah Huntley, of the Center for Desert Archaeology, agrees this ladle as the early Zuni Glaze Ware type Kwakina Polychrome. Barbara Mills, Professor and Chair of Anthropology at the University of Arizona, also says this is Kwanika Polychrome, but suggests the paint may have been done by a child because the line execution is not very good.
