Cultural Period: Ancestral Puebloan and Hohokam

Description: Weft wrap, open-weave cotton cloth recovered from the Wupatki Pueblo trash midden. Like the cloth depicted in the previous slide, this piece or at least the cotton from which it was made, likely originated with the Hohokam to the south.

Dimensions: 8 cm x 4.5 cm x 0.1 cm.

Collection: On display at Wupatki National Monument (catalog card).
