Cultural Period: Ancestral Puebloan, Atsinna Pueblo (A.D. 1275 – mid-1300s)

Description: Three shaft straighteners with wide, deep, rounded straight grooves. Two are recycled vesicular basalt mano fragments (back and front right). The other (front left) is smoothed and polished.

Dimensions: L 4.5, W 4.4, T 3.5 (front left); L 5.8, W 5.8, T 3.0 CM (back); L 6.0, W 8.2, T 2.1 CM (front right).

Provenience: LA 99 (Atsinna Pueblo), REFUSE MOUND, TEST 2.

Collection: National Park Service, El Morro.
